'Chief of War,' about the unification of Hawaii, is shaping up into a fine historical drama, beautifully shot, with a great ensemble cast. Anyone else watching?

I'm reading The Papers of Tony Veitch by William McIlvanney. My favorite character is the city of Glasgow.

Watched The Return last night with Ralph Fiennes as an aging, scarred, guilt-ridden Odysseus returning home with a nasty case of PTSD. Slow, dark, grim. Quite enjoyed it :)

Got up really early to watch the Australian Open and caught the dawn. It was quite spectacular. Love my view.

Went to see Nosferatu. Beautiful to look at. But I was never scared or sad or angry. It never once engaged my emotions.

A few days after that photo was taken in Aruba, I was back in Vermont, trying not to die :) But it *is* so very beautiful.
