I've been awake longer than I've been asleep. My adrenaline and cortisol is through the roof. Is he asleep, or is he going to pop up screaming as soon as my head hits the pillow again... This is the "what's the point" point of the night.

Another night he's screaming and crying and won't go to sleep. I am sick and tired of this. I just got kicked again. Supposed to do my long run in a few hours and I feel like my head is splitting open. Enjoy these moments my exhausted ass.
