it's been 36 hours since i mixed the mead so now i'm adding nutrients! and by nutrients i mean bread yeast that i killed by boiling it (that's the photo).
it turns out that, if there's one thing that by definition contains all the nutrients yeast needs to grow, it's yeast itself

started making mead! i'm doing a whole MSPA/forum adventure type bit about it on tumblr but i don't want to deal with character limits and thread formatting so you just get the photos
