We had the same program (Canada Fitness Award) until they realized that the athletic, competitive kids loved it, but it only succeeded in turning less athletic or less active students off of physical activity. It missed its target audience so was discontinued in 1992.

If I had any faith whatsoever that this was a well thought out, carefully planned move, I would agree. However, Trump and his band of sycophants are not capable of this, and are possibly being played by the leader of Israel, who seems to be using war as a way to stay out of jail.
