oh there's always something happening -- names are too tangled up in identity not to reflect all kinds of societal trends (regional variation, ethnicity, how the way boys are named has changed in the last 30 years, etc). I'd love to chat at some point!

Fascinating. The biggest spelling jumped SO FAST between 2023 and 2024 I spent about an hour searching for who "Ailany" was on the Internet to no avail... 😂

This is fascinating--I've loved looking through your analysis as I haven't had a chance to deep dive on the new data yet. Reminds me of the "V" trend that's been happening with girls for a while.
