Only has one arm, the second image is an old take but the only fullbody reference I have. The gator is like 8ft tall and is a sweetheart despite the scary appearence. He is really lonely.

Here is the original shitty tracing I did just to try and get some vibes. Then I sent this to a friend, who made a better drawing and then I made the one on paper! Fun fact, the fire ponytails are actually meant to be swords but my friend mistook them for fire hair and it stuck to the final design.
