My 2nd calligraphy scroll. I did a lot of learning with this one. Better than my 1st. But also my first Oops! A drop of ink landed in the margin and I instinctively smudged it.
After a brief panic, and an SoS message to one of my teachers, and the illuminator, I finished the calligraphy.

I spent the day yesterday braiding up this pile of wool and on a videocall with my Ravens (SCA house). I’m saddened to have lost TikTok, but this was a great way to distract and be at home.
