It always feels a bit icky to be when outlets report the death of someone as an
'exclusive'.
Happy for the obit to read "<insert persons name> told <insert name of outlet>", but tagging the whole thing as exclusive just feels wrong.

(I don't think any of the obits Ive written have had that label)

Special effects director for The Beatles Yellow Submarine film.
His rotoscope work can be spotted at the start of Eleanor Rigby, the time and space montage, and Only a Northern Song's animation.
Plus he directed Cat Stevens 'Moonshadow' short film.

Portrayed the real-life Joseph Bau in SCHINDLER'S LIST. In the film he secretly marries Rebeka in the women's camp. Oskar deliberately mis-calibrates his machine so he continues employment for him.

More importantly, he wrote the wonderful Columbo episode "Now You See Him" starring Jack Cassidy as a murderous magician.
Incredibly, I purchased's Sloan's actual script from him a few years ago.
