The comment reads: "Let me just say...going to do comedy in Saudi Arabia is kind of fine. I can see the argument to be made for having an exchange of ideas and culture. Cronenberg's "Infinity Pool" (2023) is an exceptional, albeit extremely violent and pornographic, descent into the violence and depravity of contemporary tourist-colonialism. The violence that is effected with impunity on locals that turns in upon itself and it's agents is surreal and visceral.
