I read a book called “Swearing is good for you: the amazing science of bad language” by Emma Byrns (2017). It was helpful to understand how it affects your body, mind, & interactions with others.

When you visit the website, you can select a template to share via email with your elected officials or print out to mail it. They even provide a script for you to call.
It includes links for both federal and state officials. It takes about 5 mins for the letter. Just enter a personal story.

How about donating funds to nonprofits that are actually helping people on 2/28 instead?

We would need an entire week to limit spending in corporations in order for this to make a dent in their profits.

We need to help the small businesses and nonprofits more than anything.
