Carbohydrates have the biggest influence on #bloodsugarlevels, that's why you read a lot about them for #type2diabetes and #prediabetes.

Doesn't mean avoiding all #carbohydrates but choosing mainly vegetables, which are a carb, is the best way to minimize blood sugar & insulin spikes & lower A1c
