Its been 1 year for me since last September. Im waiting on a wheelchair and actively looking for housing, and lawyers for SSDI. Curious on how moving states works with it too. Looking to move somewhere that is more accessible than having to couch surf.

I would say its as good as i can get, with how much resistance i get from doctors. Tho really enjoy my LC doc that wears a mask on video lol So im getting there, but it is baby steps as i get further isolated from all but 1 of my HC workers. the lack of risk management in those places is killing me

NICE tho I reccomend wearing a N95 or better rated mask in America. Especially for a disability justice event. As to represent disabled.folks that cant be there due to the high rates of covid (1:37 in Washington state) due to how covid further disables humans to this day www.pmc19.com/data/index.php

Another thing to add The harmful care, healthcare workers have for patients so affected by covid. As we struggle with the burden of covid Majority of the healthcare workers I see for long covid related comorbidities cant even offer to put a surgical mask on. As they great the risk of getting covid..

Doing small tasks is super draining. Even just thinking about them can be too overwhelming and cause flairs for my body. I have been personally unhoused due to what long covid has done to my body. Its real depressing and sometimes i fear that this burden will become too much to handel

What a well needed topic to talk about! Glad you are able to get some kind of support with your long covid symptoms! Ive been fortunate enough to have help from my partner, and friends so far.
Struggling to get out of bed most days, needing to meal prep for weeks ahead and limited ability to shower
