Flight attendants at Air Canada have shown workers acting in solidarity can defy a crackdown on their rights—and strike for a better deal, including ending unpaid work.

Canada Post, Air Canada—union workers have the right to strike. The Liberal Party must stop undermining their unions. This trend is becoming character. Governments protecting private interests over people is how we got here. #cdnpoli

Great. Now continue your commitment to reconciliation by repealing Bill 5 and endorsing Bill C-61 since Todd McCarthy meant nothing by his letter. Clean drinking water is a human right that supersedes private interest. Legislation is not a suggestion. @f0rdfoundation.bsky.social #fordfailedontario

Nova Scotia just proposed 40 GW of offshore wind which is enough to power 27 percent of Canada.

Ontario still has a moratorium & is watching others seize the future we are ignoring

Doug Ford lift the ban and let Ontario lead in clean energy!

Watching Bonnie Critchley connect and advocate for her constituency is refreshing. I'm angry it's so uncommon. We're starved for good representation at both levels. Stop awarding MPPs who don't work for you with a mandate. Answering constituent emails is literally 101.

To everyone in the Battle River-Crowfoot riding afraid that they’ll be ignored by Poilievre because he’s focused on being the leader of his party, not representing you, you’re not wrong. Trying to get a response from @maritstilesndp.bsky.social for serious issues in her riding is a pipe dream.

With @f0rdfoundation.bsky.social it's "Elbows Up" and "Buy Canadian" until it's time regulate the industries that harm us or fund the services we rely on. Doug Ford will never go as far as treading on his loyal investors. Until he does, the Mr Canada act is nothing more than vapid political theatre.

Ontario asked the Federal gov not to revive the bill that would enshrine clean drinking water into law... while First Nations peoples live with 20-30 year-long boil water advisories. Doug Ford proves yet again that he prioritizes "attracting investors" above wellbeing of people.

"If you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always gotten."

Sentiment that rings true the whole nation over. This is not a two-party system. I wish more candidates campaigned as actively as B. Critchley, and I wish more voters were brave enough to vote independent

Reminder that Doug Ford cut forest firefighting budget by 67%. When we view necessary services as a cost center rather than investment into our people and places, we endangere lives, safety and habitats for the long-term.

Killing journalists and media workers is a war crime. Criticizing a government that commits war crimes—plural—is not anti-Semitic. Criticizing your own government for its complicity is not anti-semitic. @mark-carney.bsky.social needs to do much, much more.
