We've already seen this. He ordered the killing of survivors of the first strike. Killing enemy survivors at seas is the exact example of a patently illegal order that it is his duty to disobey. He may mitigate some of the damage to our government, but he is still a murderer.

IANAL, but...all of them. Every single authority that MIGHT have jurisdiction should charge the [bleep]er and then they negotiate on who has the best chance to put him behind bars for the top end of whatever range of sentencing is available.

I can't think of any time in, at least, the last ten years I've seen a photo or video of Trump in which he seems to be remotely happy. I can only conclude that the asshole with him found a subject MORE heinous than shooting your own puppy to get him to genuinely smile.

Interesting point, but I actually find it believable that Trump personally decided to pardon the guy, signed the form with his trademark sharpie, then entirely forgot about it once the situation was no longer right in front of him. We are in the horrible confluence of incompetence and malice.

Well, the WILL say that. We'll know it's still a bald faced lie and most R voters will get their new from FOX and just hear about the hell in certain cities and never hear about how peaceful the "Hate America" rallies were.

I ran out of the (cheap fine point) pens I use in the office just shy of the Oct 15 tax deadline last night. My handwriting's even MORE terrible w/o a fine point. I stop by Office Depot on the way home last night to replace them and bastards closed early. Much less in degree but I sorta understand.
