This should never happen. I’ve been in situation where lawyers for priest accused of sex crimes tried to make me reveal sources. I had to bring on a hearing to defend (vulnerable) confidential sources. It was scary knowing if judge disagreed I’d be prosecuted. We never give up sources. #journalism
