That is all either normal language used in legal documents, or legal terms. Additionally, evidence is not submitted with a charging document. However, it is required at later stages, pre-trial.
But those are terms commonly used as they r from statute or have legal reason.

Yes. But state specific-& crucially-for ppl in specific situations or w/ specific needs. They make up such a minuscule portion of that state’s Medicaid. Some cases, single digit %. It’s some states, not every state. Most undoc don’t qualify.
Ppl that have coverage r the *exception*.

YES! Several million undocumented ppl (approx 13 mil undocumented total, so a portion of that) pay taxes. As tax payers, they pay for services like Medicaid, Medicare, etc, exactly as you said 👆. But they don’t get it. USC kids can, but not them! But they pay for it!

Misnaming, oversimplifying, whatever-it will not help & it will not serve to correct or stop this. Not harping u-see this alot so saying this for everyone. Accuracy counts. Naming what it is matters, cause that’s how we can stop it.

1. Virtual hearings are offered in some cases. It’s as needed, but it’s at courts discretion.
2. This is not “kidnapping”. It is a lawful arrest and processing for expedited removal.
But-it is also (imo) unconstitutional deprivation of due process under 5A.
It needs to be named. Held accountable.

Major change in data after 5/21-like, say, in absentia orders rising exponentially compared to prior weeks/months-is good “evidence” of causation.
But…guess we’re focusing on the word “concrete” then? 😑
