Mind changed on public access to arguments.

It is a shame the public cannot hear this reply argument.

The passion, the rage, the import coming through needs to be heard by the public to understand how critical this process is. And so many won't, they'll just see watered down post.

Pro Tip: If a judge at a TRO asks you as defense counsel whether plaintiff's alleged damages are possible -- don't answer anything's possible.

That would be a checkmark for the plaintiff.

Hence the court's "Hmm" response.
