Funnily enough I was booked from LHR-AMS-EIH with a klm operated bus for the AMS-EIH segment however a few days the bus was cancelled and i was tying I had to find my own way from AMS to EIH so never got the bus :(

Yes they are not good value for money and very costly. We should also be taking cars off the roads not adding more

The DART app in DFW is called 'gopass'. At least Korean Air has 'Korean Air' in the name of its app.

It's built into the DNA of US transit systems that public transit is for 'commuters' only even if they are trying to evolve into a system that can be used by everyone just do daily life on. I couldn't even get past the second question on a NJ Transit survey.
