I thought these movies were mostly just so-so but if I had to recommend one it'd either be funhouse for it's glimpse on America 50 years ago at it's carniest or The Keep for it's smoke monster effects and fairy tale feel.

Real grab bag here. Jug Face was different, so I guess I'd recommend that but it inspired me to make a list on letterboxd for movies that are good but you are in no hurry to re-watch.

Still going heavy in the horror category. Despite it's horrific CGI and VR imagining Disclosure is not a horror movie. Invasion of the Body Snatchers is dated but builds paranoid dread very well. #LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday

Nothing but horror will do this month. I'm going to recommend Creep, very low budget, very small cast and it is pretty great.. VHS is decent too, but it's really raw and trashy. #LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday

Mostly trash, but I liked MFA quite a lot. There were a couple of actors that brought it down a bit, but the setting, script, and lead actor were great, and it was shot so well.

I keep seeing these trends coming around again that look like the 90s is coming back hard. I was just asked if I can get a bottle of Muscato for someone's 21st birthday party and I think if that's your taste, you might as well be hitting some Strawberry Hill. #90s #throwback

Real mixed bag recently, but my re-watch of Happy Gilmore confirms it is the best of the Adam Sandler comedies. Billy Madison comes close, but some of that outta nowhere humor still cracks me up.
