Summers was an economic sadist who championed right-wing economics that were popular with elites, then. His policies, called Neoliberal Economics devastated most Americans, the Middle class/Working class, and concentrated wealth in richest 1-2% of the country. Not surprised he liked Epstein.

This was in the days of the New Deal and Neo-New Deal when those kinds of Left economic policies (With high taxes on the rich) were creating the large prosperous middle class the U.S. used to be famous for.

Not surprised he was involved. He was one of the elites who supported and helped neoliberal economic policies be put on the U.S. causing a great lowering of the standard of living for working class Americans and much greater wealth for the much fewer rich, which still goes on today.

The massively corrupt housing industry (and colossal scam) is one of the big reasons why we have so many homeless people in the U.S., now, and why wealth inequality is so extreme.
In the 1950's and '60's it was much better for average working people.
