Agreed. Poor lady. She is suffering from cognitive decline and it doesn't look like she's getting any help. The nursing home should do better.

True story. Sweet but incomprehensible old lady Phyllis called a year ago to get us to take her case. We declined. She still calls couple of times a month from her nursing home leaving 10 minute voicemails for "her attorney ". We still have no idea what her case is about.

When subbing into an existing case first thing I look for on the docket is any prior motion to be relieved.
