We had exactly one elderly courthouse guard (sheriff) and his only request was that I spread the word to police our area for trash as we left. I got him to bring me some trash bags.

We had exactly one elderly courthouse guard (sheriff) and his only request was that I spread the word to police our area for trash as we left. I got him to bring me some trash bags.
I was sick last week and had to go to the doctors. It felt completely reasonable and sane to put on a mask to 1. Prevent others getting sick 2. Prevent others illness from making me sicker and 3. To protect the staff and doctors at my doctors office.

I was afraid, after many years of protesting and activism, I was afraid. I was fearful and have skipped several protests this year. Not any more. Thank you Mr Booker. I will be at the state capitol in WV on April 5th. Let’s make some good trouble!
