No I used yours. Didn’t add Guinness but I do make a similar recipe that is a veganized Irish stew that calls for it. I would have tried it if I had some.

Well it was delicious. I added turnip and carrots. It only took about 4.5 hours in my old slow cooker. I ended up making a roux based gravy with the onions and garlic. Didn’t have any gravy mix on hand. May add peas next time and a couple bay leaves. Skipped the Guinness.

I will make this tomorrow. I’ll prolly make my own onion gravy. Throw in some turnips and carrots. Maybe even a half pint of Guiness. Please don’t judge I have both Scot and Irish blood (one can only imagine the arguments I get in with myself).
