Me. When it became common practice it hastened the demise of decent teevee. Then came car insurance ads.

The nicest people were people you wouldn't expect. My 1st fare was a woman I picked up from a no-tell motel at 0700. Positive she was an HR specialist who spun. The nicest girl. Also had a regular wealthy kid I took to & picked up from rehab 3x/wk

FWIW: I drove for uber for a while. I made $6-7/hr. It was underwhelming & I lasted about 3 months. They say to never chase the surge pricing & they're correct.
