This averages about $12 per day. One package of store brand hotdog buns and one package of store brand wieners runs about $4.50. Nothing but plain hot dogs for lunch and dinner would be about $9.00. A similar, bare bones brkfast would exceed the daily allowance. Obviously, the Republican knows not.

Although it’s not homemade, whenever I heat up a flour tortilla with a little butter, it brings back the fond memory of standing on the back step of my friend’s, the Van Husses, house, waiting for their mom Carmen to hand me one of her warm homemade flour tortillas with a smear of butter.
