I work hybrid (two days in-office, three days WFH), and I think it's a good balance. You get the camaraderie of the in-office days while not having to commute every day.

Does Soph have to take out Rizo and/or Savannah to win? I think she's got a strong social game, but I'm thinking that's probably not enough for her at this moment.

After thinking about it more, I think I do understand Sophie's point of view. She probably thinks she'd be voted out in fifth place in that other group, so taking her chances with Savannah/Rizo/Soph makes sense.
Plus, Savannah is a bit of a shield for Sophie because everyone wants her out.

I'm interested in this vote from Yellow Sophie's perspective. Is it better to stick with the tight trio of Soph, Rizo, and Savannah when she could have been in the middle of a loose alliance with Steven, Kristina, Sage, & Jawan? I just wonder if her game now comes down to F4 immunity or firemaking.
