I’m in the crowd at her first dance recital.
Push on through.
This is exactly why I want the rule kept. I don’t want my goalies playing the puck. They scare the hell out of me.

This is one of my favorite comics of yours. Something about Sherman’s face is touching.

Charizard is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It’s a boring choice. It’s been a staple of sandwiches for forever. Sometimes you wish people would stop talking about them. But if someone offers me one, I’m eating it.

Absolutely one of the greatest celebrity matches ever. Shocked me.

We’re looking at it too differently for this to be anything more than a meaningless argument. You’re very clearly set in your belief that these dudes shoulda known and they deserve the pain and suffering. I’m not gonna convince you otherwise. Worth a shot I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

“We have been warning kids about concussions,” isn’t the same as, “the general public knows concussions will degrade your QoL.” The NFL taught me that in the 90’s, but there were people mystified in 2008 when Ryan Church missed so much time with one. His own manager called out his toughness!

They put out a study in 2003 saying there are no long term health effects from concussions. They tried to get a study about concussions redacted in 2006. They tried to downplay their role in doing so in the 2013 trial.

And, again, holy fuck, what an astounding lack of empathy.

A) The NFL actively tried to hide info about the damage to players’ brains

B) People play football without getting paid to do it

C) Treatments will help others who have the same issues who didn’t necessarily even play football

D) Holy fuck, your lack of empathy for people suffering is wild

Poor pup. Hope she feels better soon, and I hope the cleanup isn’t too bad.

Both conference championship games should be played in snow every year. Give me the reverse of the Super Bowl. Fuck a dome.

The pink frosted cookies made of sawdust make this picture.

Yes. I absolutely do enjoy that.

At least I got to see Mina Kimes drag up some receipts.

Guy was comparing Bichette and Bohm by per game stats - idiotic to begin with - and then didn’t understand that the numbers he pulled made the opposite argument. Smth like “Bichette averages .015 HR/g and 1.2 hits/g while Bohm is at .010 and 1.01” dude that’s 50% and 20% better! Massive difference!

Following up.

Max Christie’s best 3 point shooting game: 4-4 or 5-7 (depending on what you’d rather take)

Tonight: 8-10

(He also finished with 26 points, which is just 2 off his career high of 28.)

It’s funny how often performances like this one happen. The Knicks weirdest problem the past decade is that they let some random guy on the other team have a career night (or maybe a season high) almost every night. I just don’t understand.

Honestly, I don’t mind y’all being obnoxious. Y’all stay true to yourselves.

IMO, I think the whole city takes things too far /crosses lines in regard to what I think reasonable gameday behavior is. Too many fights/ things that incite fights. Same goes for almost every NY team imo.
January 19, 2026 at 3:37 AM
I think Boston has a claim as most obnoxious sports city in general, but I’d put Giants and Eagles fans below them for football.
January 19, 2026 at 12:11 AM
I completely get what you’re saying, but it’s a plus for me tbh. I can look up a weather forecast for the game, but seeing what the elements are doing to people who will not be playing football gives me better context.
