I totally agree. I live in a small town where fools think louder is better. About 3am three passed by our house and woke us all, also blaring music louder than their bikes. I am not kidding, I thought it was the end times. I have been at air shows that were not that loud.

Finished the first draft of my sixth novel and thought, "It's good, but is it great or even surprising? Is it something worth people's time reading?" I am writing a completely different book.
