Tough one! Fantasy is my go-to, but scifi has more of my alltime favorites (Dune, Hyperion, the Red Rising series).

Even though I think Memories was overall the better book, nothing was as emotionally powerful as The Chain of Dogs. The conclusion of that arc was unforgettable.
