I drives crazy when media used the term Obamacare. That was never the name. It was created by the media and political hacks and used as a pejorative. It’s at minimum lazy and probably biased.

I suppose he’s hoping to settle this outside the legal process with Apple and maybe avoid paying a lawyer but that seems to be a big and ultimately expensive gamble. Especially if he is trying to back channel and the Apple attorneys aren’t involved. I guess we’ll see.

For some reason we have no issue with spending billions on highways and airports but investing money for trains is a waste, i’ll never understand.

This is very true. I am as guilty as anybody of dismissing folks in the red states for their politics but there so many people that live there that don’t support what is going on.

Respect you a lot John as your comments are usually well thought out even if i disagree but this is clueless. F1 is increasingly popular in the US and huge worldwide. You really think Apple is only thinking small about domestic rights? Do better.

Well, all the MagaNuts are all about ‘America First’ so I guess that makes sense. Unfortunately, don’t think the damage will be restricted to the US. I am not very confident about what our world looks like in 5-10 years.

Seems like a good idea if you are looking to stop the transport of drugs. Unfortunately our government appears to be more interested in the killing people part.

Didn’t know that. If so, that is somewhat comical since I would guess most folks like Trump that are so butthurt about Columbus would like to forget PR is part of the US and those folks are US citizens. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes. Cuba, Hispanola, Jamaica, I think. Never set foot on any part that would be the United States. Our fascination with this guy is weird.
