I'm fine with giving McD all of 2025 for no other reason than it would be the first time we've given a head coach more than 3.4 seasons since 2003. We need to break this pattern of first year being very excited about our HC. 2nd year l, less so, 3rd year everyone wants to fire. That's been blueprint

I've been saying 24 should be Hills last year here since we decided to pay Waddle. Not only is paying 2 wr that kind of money hard to maintain, it extended a odd construction in the WR that stunted Waddles growth and limited our scheme offensively.
