Enjoying my happy time at he gym. Almost above freezing in Springfield MO. Trained no for Bloomsday 12 K on the treadmill. 5 miles today 1/2 at 3.5, 1/ 2 4.0. Keeping the HR under control. Listening to the good old boys playing dominoes in the next room. I’m not guessing their politics,
