I've always had Gemini "switched off for everyone" in the orgs I run. Now it's appearing in every document, every email, everywhere in all our stuff.
If you wanted to build trust, this is the opposite of what I'd recommend.
As a UX, it's also as bad as 'clippy'.

The email headers are convincing - "signed by microsoft.com" and it—by coincidence—tallied with a recent payment. All links go to M$ sites.

So, tells that it's a scam?
- My name/address are not in the body text
- Not much else(!)
