For those calling victory for women the ruling also has a fascist definition of Lesbian that’s right from CIS WHITE MAN telling us who we are and who to love. We know who will feel the sharpest edge of this #protectblacktranslives

Octavia Butler left us in 2006 but the legacy is vast and beautiful. Bloodchild is thrilling, and maybe the TV show #kindred based on her novel of the same name is a good intro too, but for me? It’s #theparableofthesower this biting social critique wrapped in astute speculative clothing. Go on now.
The Handmaid's Tale is a good book. But did you know that there's a book written by a Black woman about a post-apocalyptic Earth heavily affected by climate change and societal decline. The book was published in 1993, but is set in 2024 following a presidential election 👀 #BookSky #BlackBookSky
