That's interesting, every time i've seen an issue with the RIOT chip it's been input issues, never video issues. But I suppose there's no reason why it couldn't present as video issues if it was the static RAM in the chip. That's actually good news though, RIOT chips are WAY more common than TIA

The video signal looks to clean for it to be an RF issue, so my money is on TIA. I would get a junker 4 switch and swap the TIA, heavy sixers are too nice to not be repaired.
