Old z-wave controller vs new z-wave controller...... I thought in tehc things got smaller as they improved 😅

The old Logitech remote have been dying a slow death. Luckily my new remote just showed up, which was a kickstarter project that actually got delivered.

Upgraded my poor old Roboroxk S6 to a Roboroxk QRevo Edge.... And gee, robot vacuums have sure come a long way in 5 years.

Onepassword is great, except that OneUI 7 has completely borked it. So now filling in passwords and 2FA codes is completely awful.

Just did a trip to Melbourne and back in the EV. 900ks each way, charging at Yass and Albury. Used Tesla superchargers at both spots, which worked really well.

Basically arrived at lunch and then for an afternoon coffee and toilet stop.... Charged and back on our way without delay.

Proper AC charger finally installed.... Usually use 20-30kWh in power a day (offset by solar), but I'll definitely use more now.

Still a lot cheaper than fuel....

New charging location opened up. Shame it's not near anything, but still a significant number of spaces, and some real power.

All cabled up, 7m type 2 charger, 2kw 'granny' charger and a V2L cable for 240.....

Noemi just need somewhere to go 😀

Waiting on my AC wall charger to be installed, so using the granny charger while I have heaps of sun power.... This might take a while 😆

Never figured out how to use the builder installed alarm system, so bought a konnected.io device to connect my wired alarms to home assistant.

Then used Autodesk fusion to whip up a Clipsal iconic faceplate to hold a WT32-SC01 plus to replace the old alarm panel.

@sheeds.bsky.social can't say I'm cool with this....

Reliving my youth.... But in the old people seats.... #pearljam (are hashtags a thing in this place?)
