This is what great sleep looks like:
I got 8+ hours of quality sleep, which meant that I woke up recovered and that meant that I could use nutrition to power my body so I was better energized for my workout, able to grab the heavier weight, push harder and jump higher and then sleep better again..

Getting strong starts with building stabilization through the core. Because you can’t be strong unless you are stable first!

Moves like planks and pushups and step ups and reverse lunges all challenge the core by making the body work hard to stay balanced and stable.
