Wait really? I've heard that a good parenting technique for kids that are hitting or biting is to provide them with specific things they're allowed to bite/hit. Is it different when it's a toddler vs an adult who should be able to use other techniques to regulate their emotions?

No. I just double checked. It's actually $7 a month for some stuff, $15 for more stuff, but you're only able to watch local and primetime games live on phone or tablet with either one. The $15 one lets you watch past games on a TV.
You might be able to plug your phone into a tv but you cannot cast.
