I put my culinary degree to work tonight. Pan seared blackened mahi mahi w/roasted asparagus, a mashed sweet potato drizzled w/balsamic reduction. Garnished with a grilled lemon, zest and chiffonade of spinach tossed in Evoo and lightly salted to taste. 👨🏽🍳 #FoodSky 🍽️
