4/4 The course not only challenged me & highlighted the need to self-develop, but reinvigorated me to identify further opportunities for DF to engage in continuous professional development opportunities with likeminded militaries.

3/4 Having spent the last number of years identifying opportunities for Óglaigh na hÉireann / Irish Defence Forces #enlisted personnel to undergo #Leadership training with partner Nations, it was somewhat of a shock to the system to step back into the learning environment.

The course consisted of 24 students, drawn from 17 Nations 🇮🇪🇦🇺🇺🇦🇬🇧🇲🇩🇱🇻🇱🇹🇪🇪🇩🇪🇨🇦🇺🇸🇸🇪🇳🇴🇸🇰🇩🇰🇵🇱🇳🇱 With a combined service of 828 yrs’, & some of the finest people I’ve had the pleasure of standing along side. #Friendships
