From what I can tell he thinks Canada is hiding a giant building sized faucet up in the mountains. Supposedly we are stealing American water that was supposed to flow down to California and instead dumping it in the pacific?

Our "friends" down south are probably doing this in Canada as well. A bunch of well funded separatist groups have mysteriously appeared as of late.

Once that brain worm guy gets his farm work camps figured out it will be easy for everyone to experience farming.

I'd be more worried about getting locked in than locked out.

It sounds like it's the ideal time for those men and women to get out of the guard any way they can.
