Taste tester 1 informs me they are fine and couldn’t really tell the difference. Definitely need to repulverize the flour though, taste was a bit off when not frozen. Could try less pressure on the bag as well.

Ok. Cookies made, into the freezer. You need to weight the bag down, very floaty. Flour really packed into hard lumps, I broke it with a spoon and sifted, but I think a food processor next time. You can see some dots in the batter. Dough was maybe a little flour-ey? Will see after freezing.

Sealing not ideal. I have a vertical chamber sealer so it compresses a bit. Close to 3/4 thick in some places so may bump the time I guess.

I made pork cookies (cooked pork puree frozen in cookie molds) for the cat, and now we have a disagreement. I say one a day is plenty, and she says there’s no possible upper limit but she’s willing to let me try and prove that experimentally.
