I am wondering if the ICC has something to do with their silence. Give them enough rope they ALWAYS hang themselves. Then the ICC comes in and arrest the lot of them. IMO.

Your a correct. Husband is on disability and I am also retired. If need be I could go back to work but I have been working since 11.
