I'm still waiting for the 10 headlines a day (including all the OpEd writers flooding the zone) covering one Trump problem. Dementia, self-dealing, Epstein? But nope, just a smattering here and there and then on to the next thing.

A lot of women go thru this in school/work--the delicate balance of not offending powerful allies while turning down their advances.

I'm sure he's a Bell Curve/Charles Murray fan too. They all are. It cooked the brains of a lot of Gen X college students. I'd make a Venn diagram of the racists/misogynists and Bell Curve lovers, but why bother drawing a circle.

I'm trying to figure out why so-called (or self-professed) centrists often code as contrarians.
I think it's because these ostensibly 'liberal' outlets are hiring a lot of right-of-center pundits/writers and we're hostages to this weird form of neutrality.

This is the convo I just had w/my husband. Timing is everything. Do we have people starve for a year before the midterms? Rioting in the streets b/c people are hungry? The middle class wld eventually get scared (the poors are stealing!) & want more law & order. The past elections were the goal.

Also, they are using the methods of trying to get pregnant (basal body temperature charting, urine testing for hormones, cervical mucous) for avoiding pregnancy? You're supposed to do that every day of your reproductive life in order to not get pregnant?
