As someone who has been to naturalization ceremonies as a part of my job, these are really proud moments for those immigrants and their families. How awful for everyone there to be made to feel unsafe as they're about to take an oath to become a citizen of this country. 🫠
The Trump administration pulled legal immigrants at the last minute before their naturalization ceremony. Immigrants lined up to become U.S. citizens in Boston on Dec. 4 were pulled out of line by USCIS officials moments before taking the oath.
