Droplets of pure joy… a reminder that we can’t hold on to them, but they are to be savoured and enjoyed as the present themselves. Memories already - but nice ones from my morning walk.

The day has mellowed into shades of green with bursts of bright orange and red.

A morning that began calm suddenly got chopped up into little pieces of dragonfruit… and suddenly I’m seeing red, feeling all cut up and disconnected.

I am happy to share that I passed my Professional Coach Certification (PCC) exam. As per the ICF Fact Sheet - March 2025, there were 25,656 PCC coaches worldwide. 932 of them are from India. Given that I joined the PCC club in June, am guessing that is now around the 1000 mark.

A lovely milestone that whizzed by last week after nearly 30 years in PR. Grateful to be featured in a book that shines a light on the story of 30 PR professionals. I finally made it to a 30 under 30 list courtesy Amith Prabhu and Sarika Chavan #shinethebook

Listen to the whisper… what were you doing when you lost track of time?

The problems arise when the inside and the outside don’t match. If we project, what we want to be seen as and if the reality of me is not in alignment with that projection all sorts of problems arise. The claim not backed by substance often rings hollow.

Morning walk at the IIM Udaipur campus… a good day is often one that gets off to a good start.

Step into your own light. Let your natural self shine bright and know that it’s a burning desire inside each one of us that will not hurt. In fact the opposite will happen it will create ease and flow.

Make a “To-Be” list before your start on your “To-Do” list…. A shift in being changes the focus of the doing.
