lots more progress in the last few days
got mesh rendering and materials importing mostly correctly with automatic texture conversion and importing
vertex groups are a little wonky right now, and i need to fix the displacement of the armature, but, more progress!

I'm so glad PLUR1BUS surpassed my expectations so far. The idea of Vince Gilligan doing sci-fi felt odd a first, since I'm used to his writing being so grounded in reality. But the narrative really gripped me and I'm still thinking about all of its implications... We're in for a wild ride for sure
