This kayak experience was peaceful and picturesque. However, a current took me very far from the shore, so I had to desperately paddle for the closest island. When I got to the shore, I heard stories that sharks have been reported deliberately bumping motorboats in Streaky Bay.

Hide the Husky. We have been unable to catch anything substantial in Streaky Bay, so we just played in the sand. This is an effective way of drying a dog who still behaves like a puppy chasing the Antarctic waves.
