The secret to getting shredded? Less intense cardio, more focus on resistance training. After 19 years of minimal results, switching to HRZ 2 cardio + progressive overload changed everything. The progress since then? Insane. Most people go too hard on cardio and not hard enough on weights.

I’ve always loved simple principles. One for eating well: include fruits and veggies of all colors. It’s an easy way to boost your micronutrient diversity 🍋🫐🌶️🍍
