This might be a weird take, but I think self-care is an important part of being Eco-friendly.

Let's use my Ewok #cosplay as an example. I wanted to wear it, with all of its fuzzy bra silliness, to an early spring con. I knew I would be chilly, so I made a shawl that fit the vibe of the cosplay. ⬇️

Korok Details! I love that I was able to reuse my Dryad costume for this cosplay. I made the two masks and all of the little accessories out of Worbla.

I'll go first. My favorite from last year was my Korok and Dryad cosplays. I used almost all recycled and 2nd hand materials for the main costume, AND I can get 2 different looks out of it with just a few changed accessories.
I can't wait to add more to it!

Some of my favorite costume ✨things✨ from my nutcracker performance was how I reused and repurposed costumes for it.

Like I have 2 up-cycled bridesmaid dresses, one of which is my Flareon cosplay. And MY wedding dress is featured!

Last year I filmed a performance for a belly dance nutcracker show and then never posted anything about it 😅

Well I'm finally working on a blog post about it, so here are a couple of images I found yesterday!

One of my favorite parts of this cosplay is how many times I have reused different pieces of it in the past 2 years.

The only new pieces are the white crop top and leafy vest.
